Condiciones generales de uso

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the ShortsReady service (the “Service”), available at shortsready.com, which automatically adds subtitles, effects and audio processing to videos. Using the Service means accepting these terms.

2. Account

Access to the editor requires an account, created with a valid email address (confirmed by a code) and a password, or with a Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook or LinkedIn account. You must be at least 15 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for access to your mailbox and for the use made of your account; we recommend enabling the authenticator app. An account is personal; creating multiple accounts to get around the limits of the free plan is prohibited.

3. Plans and limits

The free plan and the Premium plan have limits (length and size of videos, number of videos or minutes per month, export resolution, watermark, retention period) described on the pricing page and in your account. The terms of the paid plan are set out in the terms of sale.

4. Your content

You remain the owner of the videos you upload and of the videos produced. You grant ShortsReady only the technical, limited right to store and process this content in order to provide the Service, for as long as it is kept. Your content is never published, shared or used to train artificial intelligence.

You guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to the uploaded content (image, voice, music, rights of the people filmed) and that this content complies with the law.

5. Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to use the Service for content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, sexual content involving minors, infringes the rights of others or is intended to deceive (impersonation, misleading edits presented as authentic), and to attempt to disrupt the Service, get around its limits or access other users' data.

6. Availability

The Service is provided as is, with reasonable efforts to keep it available. Interruptions may occur (maintenance, incidents). Processing jobs are queued; their duration varies with load.

7. Retention and deletion

Projects are deleted automatically when the retention period of your plan expires. Download your exported videos: the Service is not meant to archive them. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

8. Liability

Transcription and automatic processing may contain errors: check the result before publishing. ShortsReady cannot be held liable for content published by the user, nor for the loss of projects after their retention period.

9. Suspension

In the event of a breach of these terms, in particular a prohibited use, ShortsReady may suspend or delete the account concerned, after a warning except in an emergency or for manifestly unlawful content.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page, and significant changes are announced by email. They are governed by French law. Contact: team@shortsready.com.
