Terms of sale

Online payment is not open yet: these terms will apply as soon as it opens.

1. Seller

Paid plans are sold by the publisher of the website (see the legal notice). Contact: team@shortsready.com.

2. Plans and prices

• Premium monthly: €4.99 per month, renewed automatically every month.
• Premium yearly: €29.90 per year, renewed automatically every year.
• 1-year Pass: €29.90, paid once, valid for 12 months, no renewal.

Prices include all taxes. The content and limits of each plan are described on the pricing page.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed from your account. Payment is made by card or by the methods offered by our payment provider Stripe; ShortsReady never has access to your card details. An invoice is available in your customer area.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price in force when you subscribed. You can cancel at any time, in one click from your account (“Manage my subscription”): cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no further charge. A reminder is emailed before each yearly renewal.

5. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription. By requesting immediate access to Premium, you acknowledge that the service starts before the end of this period.

In any case, ShortsReady offers a 14-day money-back guarantee: on simple request to team@shortsready.com within 14 days of your first payment, you are refunded in full.

6. End of the paid plan

When the subscription or the Pass expires, the account returns to the free plan: your projects are not deleted immediately, but the limits and retention period of the free plan apply.

7. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to team@shortsready.com. If no amicable solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator, whose details are provided on request at the same address.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
